Municipal Authority

The West Pennsboro Township Municipal Authority is responsible for managing the township’s water and sewer systems, ensuring that residents have access to clean and safe water, and that wastewater is properly treated and disposed of. The authority is comprised of appointed members who serve a 5-year term.

The Municipal Authority meets quarterly on the 4th Tuesday of the month at 7:30 AM at the West Pennsboro Township office located at 2150 Newville Road, Carlisle. These meetings provide an opportunity for members to review the progress of ongoing projects, discuss new initiatives, and address any concerns raised by residents.

The authority is committed to providing reliable and high-quality water and sewer services to the community. This includes ensuring that infrastructure is properly maintained and upgraded when necessary and that rates remain affordable for residents.
